| Mr. Bjorn Hojgaard, who is Danish, joined Univan as Chief Executive Officer in January 2012. He served most of his time at sea as a deck officer in Maersk Line, becoming Captain in 2000. In this capacity he was part of an exclusive working group that designed the world's first 12,000+ TEU container vessels. He has for most of his professional life been involved in Ship Management including (for mainly owned tonnage) as Managing Director of A.P. Moller-Maersk Singapore Pte. Ltd. in 2000-2002 and (managing mainly third party owned tonnage) from 2008-2011 as Managing Director of Thome Ship Management. During 2002-2007 he led an industrial marine services repair and reconditioning company with operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia and Taiwan. At the core of Mr. Hojgaard's beliefs is an unwavering commitment to safety in shipping and to meeting the highest standards of the industry. As Chief Executive Officer he is charged with the day-to-day operation and implementation of the company's strategies reporting to the Board of Directors. He has participated in extensive executive management training in A.P. Moller - Maersk and attended an executive program at Stanford University, Palo Alto, USA. Mr. Hojgaard has also served as Councillor of both the Singapore Shipping Association and of INTERTANKO.

| Mr. Lo is the longest servicing employee of Univan and has put in 33 years. He joined Univan as Assistant Accountant in 1977 and got promoted to Chief Accountant of Univan in 1978. He worked as Chief Accountant from 1978 to 1991.Since 1991 he holds the position as Deputy Director of Univan and is responsible for investments, finance and joint venture projects. |

Joined Univan in 1992 as Accounts Executive and was promoted as Chief Accountant in March 1996. After working more than 10 years as Head of Accounts, since 2006, he was asked to supervise various departments from time to time by our Founder Chairman Late Capt. Vanderperre and worked with all departments within the organization. During this period under the guidance of Capt. Vanderperre, he gained substantial knowledge required for day to day operations of the company.
He has very considerable experience of over 21 years in all areas of Ship owning and Ship management. Before joining Univan in 1992, he worked in a ship owning division of a prominent listed company in Bombay, India from 1988 to 1992. Prior to this, he worked 1 year with a group of companies involved in trading, exports, tea plantations & tea manufacturing apart from mandatory 3 years of audit / taxation work experience for his CPA. He completed his Masters degree in Commerce from Bombay University, India in the year 1986 and is also qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA) since 1987. |

Marine engineer with 15 years of Ship Management experience backed by 18 years of sea going experience on board vessels including Crude Oil Carriers; Product/Chemical Tankers; Gas Carriers; Bulk carriers & multipurpose vessels. Educated in various marine institutions in United Kingdom, progressed through ranks to Chief Engineer position & came ashore in 1995. He has hands on experience of managing large fleet comprising of Product & Chemical Tankers; Gas Carriers, Container, Bulk carriers and Off shore vessels owned by clients based worldwide. Member of Technical committees ¡V American Bureau of Shipping; Bureau Veritas & Det Norske Veritas.

Mr. Raja Ram Kogta joined Univan in 1998 as Accounts Executive. He has been the Head of Accounts Department since October 2006. Mr. Kogta received Bachelors in Science (B.Sc.) degree with merit from Ajmer University, Ajmer in 1988, Cost Accountant (AICWA) with merit in 1991 and Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 1992. He has 12+ years experience of working in finance and accounting with shipping and ship management firms. Before joining Univan, he had worked for 4 years with trading firm in Singapore, Hong Kong and 3 years with an industrial company in Mumbai. He also worked with a reputed Chartered Accountant firm in Mumbai for the mandatory 3-year training. |

Mr. Mishra has a BE (Electrical) degree and a one year marine Engineering training from DMET, Kolkatta. He started his sailing career with a renowned Indian shipping company of yester-years, namely ¡§Scindia Steam Navigation Co. Ltd and worked with them from year 1977 to 1986. Mr. Mishra in year 1986 joined Univan as 2nd engineer and got promoted to the responsibilities of a Chief Engineer by 1987. In 1990 he was placed in Univan Hong Kong office as a Technical Superintendent. Midst his work experience as a Technical Superintendent and gradually promotion to a Technical Manager with Univan, Mr. Mishra also worked as a Marine surveyor with Lloyd¡¦s Register for 2 years. Mr. Mishra brings in very considerable shipping experience in handling technical and operations matters. He now works as Acting Chief Technical Officer as well as Head of Maintenance Group C Section.

| Mr. Cheung has an extensive shipping experience of over 27 years. Mr. Cheung started his shipping career at Univan in 1980 and worked in Fleet Personnel Department for 5 years. He had worked as Crew Manager in Anglo Eastern from 1985 to 1988. After 1988, Mr. Cheung had taken an overseas employment in Canada before rejoining Univan in January 1992 as Human Resources & Administration Manager and looked after company¡¦s administration and personnel matters. During his tenure with Univan, he has worked in different Departments. He was Head of Purchasing from 1997 to 2000 in Technical Department and he is also Company Security Officer since 2003. |

| Capt.Vikrant Gusain joined Univan as Deck Cadet in year 1990. He sailed on various company flag ships and got elevated to the post of Master in year 2003. Capt.Gusain has commanded Chemical tankers and a Crude Oil tanker in past and has extensive Crude/ product/ chemical tanker experience in management level. He has also sailed in the company¡¦s dry-cargo fleet until the rank of 2nd officer. He joined Univan office as Safety and Quality Auditor in Jan 2006 and held responsibilities such as carrying out ISM internal auditing, preparing VLCC¡¦s for vetting inspections, onboard training etc. Capt. Gusain is been part of Univan business development department since July 2006. |

| Mr. Yukihiro Rob Hata joined Univan in October 2011 and in capacity of a Business Development Manager. Based in Hong Kong, he is mainly responsible for the company's Marketing and Business Development, especially in Japanese market. Prior to this, Mr Hata has a 15 years extensive shipping experience with Sojitz Corporation (formerly known as Nissho Iwai Corporation), a Japanese major trading firm, specializing in sales & purchase, chartering and project development. Mr. Hata graduated with a bachelor's degree from College of Liberal Arts, International Christian University, Tokyo, Japan, in 1997. |

| Capt Siddhartha started his career with Univan Ship Management Ltd as a Deck Cadet in 1993 and since then he has sailed on board our Bulk carriers, Containers, Product tankers, chemical tankers and VLCC¡¦s in ascending ranks. He has commanded our Aframax tankers, Chemical tankers and VLCC until September 2008 when he stepped ashore as Manager in our Mumbai Office for three years. He has been transferred from our Mumbai office to Head office in Hong Kong on promotion and joins as General Manager Global Fleet Personnel w.e.f 16/09/2011.

| Mr. John did his schooling in Don Bosco schools and graduated with Bachelor of Commerce in 1985. In 1987, he obtained Certificate of Proficiency and joined shipping as a Trainee Radio Officer and was subsequently promoted as Radio Officer. He joined the Univan in 1989 as Radio Officer and served on various vessels until September 1994. He then joined the Fleet Personnel Department at Hong Kong as a Deputy Head. Presently he is working as a Head of Fleet Coordination & Planning. He has vast experience of over 23 years in the shipping Industry including 17 years in the Fleet Personnel.

Grew up to the rank of Master in 2003 and was in command of several VLCC¡¦s during his sailing tenure in the company. Served as the DPA of the Univan fleet and was in charge of the safety , Quality & vetting department of the company in 2006- 2007. Presently heading the Chartering & the Vetting department. |
